Entre imaginaire et empathie: une analyse des dessins de Boris Taslitzky
Tartalom
The aim of this article is to analyze Boris Taslitzky’s drawings through the lens of the notion of “aesthetic empathy” (Lipps 1900) and the ability to project oneself mentally into the experience of another, striving to understand their thoughts, emotions and behavior as if one were in their position oneself (Allport and Vernon 1937). We will examine the image as a meeting point between two subjectivities: that of the artist and that of the viewer. Taslitzky’s work will then be studied as a vector of collective memory, as we will reflect not only on the effectiveness of the image as an aesthetic form, but also on its historical content.
